The Great Frog London offers a 28-day return policy for all handcrafted jewelry and apparel, provided items are returned in their original, unworn condition with all security tags intact. Please note that bespoke commissions and engraved pieces are non-refundable.
Initiate Your Return
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Authorization number and the correct shipping address.
Secure Packaging
Carefully pack your items in their original TGF branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit; we cannot accept returns damaged due to poor packaging.
Ship Your Item
Send your package via a tracked and insured postal service, as the item remains your responsibility until it reaches our London studio.
Processing & Refund
Once our workshop inspects the item, we will process your refund or exchange within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
