How long will my order take to arrive?
As most of our jewelry is handmade to order in our London workshop, please allow 4-6 weeks for production. Shipping times vary by destination, typically taking 3-5 business days once dispatched.
Do you offer resizing for rings?
Yes, we offer a resizing service for most of our sterling silver and gold rings. Please contact our customer service team or visit one of our stores for a quote and lead times.
What is your return policy?
We accept returns on non-customized items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or credit note. Items must be in their original, unworn condition. Please note that earrings are non-returnable for hygiene reasons.
Can I request a custom design?
We specialize in bespoke creations. If you are interested in a custom piece or a modification of an existing design in gold or with specific gemstones, please email our bespoke department.
How do I care for my jewelry?
Silver naturally tarnishes over time. To maintain your piece, we recommend using a specialized silver polishing cloth and avoiding contact with harsh chemicals, perfumes, or saltwater.
